I am an academically and industrially skilled cross-platform C++ software developer, specialised in high-performance algorithm development and GPU acceleration. A keen interest in computing has lent me experience in many software development technologies. I am a strong supporter of free software ideals and draw inspiration from the contrast between its philosophy and that of my professional work.

When I am not developing software I can be found relaxing in the intricate universe of EVE Online or trying to beat the many challenges offered by contemporary PC and console games. I have a 20 year history in gaming, rooted in the 8-bit era, with 5 year participations in both Planetside and EVE Online.
